In Fayette County Glen Jean, a family venture transforms a former strip mine into Wood Mountain Golf Driving Range with seven tee pads and a linking Clubhouse on the mountain. The Wood siblings and Alan Navicki plan a nine hole course, a new food line, and expanded hours. The driving range operates 9 am to dark daily, while the Clubhouse runs 9 am to 10 pm Sun-Thu and 9 am to midnight Fri-Sat. Access is via the Glen Jean exit of U S 19.
