Gov. Cecil Underwood announces a 13 member West Virginia Holocaust Commission to educate teachers and pilot Holocaust history in schools. Storm causes minor flooding in southern West Virginia counties
A weekend storm brought heavy rain to parts of southern West Virginia but caused only minor high water in Fayette, Monroe, and Mercer counties.
