Richwood council to draft water and sewer rate ordinance
Richwood Common Council voted to draft an ordinance raising water and sewer rates, with a 49 percent water bill increase and 113 percent sewer hike planned in three increments starting July 1, 1998, then Jan 1 and July 1, 1999, pending state Public Service Commission approval.
