DIJON France UP I dispatch says a Paris Marseille Express derailed on a viaduct two miles north of Dijon. Five of sixteen cars left the rails at 85 mph. One plunged 150 feet. Doctors urge abortion to avoid deformed birth
A panel of unnamed doctors in Arizona recommended abortion for a Phoenix woman who took thalidomide containing tranquilizers obtained by her husband in Europe.
