Six Killed In Plane Crash Near Bryan Texas
Dense fog and a failing engine were blamed for the crash of a Standard Oil of Ohio Beechcraft over Easterwood Airport near Bryan Texas. Six occupants perished including five Sohio employees. The pilot radioed at 7:55 p.m. EST about losing oil pressure and an engine failure as he attempted an instrument landing in heavy fog.
