County plans new welfare office and possible schools building
Tehama County supervisors moved to speed up construction at the West Walnut street hospital site, aiming to cut time to 11 months for the welfare department and possibly add a county schools office. Smart and Clabaugh were authorized to develop a master site plan and building designs, with priority for the welfare building funded from the county’s 322000 building fund.
