Plane crash kills Red Bluff counselor’s sister and family
The sister of Harry Couse, head counselor at Red Bluff High, along with her husband, two children, and a daughter’s husband died when a light plane piloted by Elmer G. Kelley crashed near San Jose after attending races in Anderson. Nearly $6000 in cash was found at the wreckage.

Red Bluff High School officials and the Rotary Club agreed to a joint project to refurbish the track in time for spring meets.
