New River Bridge Targeted for Winter 1976 Completion
The new Sacramento River bridge at Tehama should finish by end of 1976 construction season. Road commissioner Larry Coleman said environmental impact report and permits for Aramago Way are complete and bids will go out by mid June. Bids opened in mid July with contractor on site in early August.

Governor’s flat pay raise plan rejected by Senate panel
