Oregon Man Returns To Face July Burglary Charges
James David Talley 31 from Creswell Oregon appeared in Red Bluff Justice Court to answer charges from the July 14 1972 burglary of the Dave Pellersels residence at 1249 Jefferson St. He had been released on his own recognizance and agreed to return to California. The case was continued to March 30 and items taken included a television set and other electronics.

Freeway Stretch 50 Opens East of Sacramento Wednesday

Meat prices fall in California while Bay Area costs rise
