An anonymous caller claimed four bombs were planted in the Tehama County Courthouse prompting a 45 minute evacuation. Sheriff Lyle A. Williams said eight deputies and a city fire rescue unit searched the building. no bombs were found and the Superior Court session was moved across the street to city hall council chambers.

Debris Burn Destroys 75 Bales of Hay on Rodeo Street

Delta Levee Break Repaired After Flooding
The 500 foot gap in the delta levee feeding Andrus and Brannan islands was sealed with sand and rock.
