Spontaneous Fire Damages Evison Barn Near Corning

An estimated 800 dollars in damage occurred at Clark Evison s barn on Hall Road near Corning Saturday due to a fire started by spontaneous combustion, extinguished by three forestry trucks and the Corning JC Tanker. A second kitchen fire in Don L Enloe s Red Bluff home on Marsie Avenue caused about 75 dollars in damage before forestry units contained it.

Three Minor Accidents Reported in Tehama County
