Raymond Shannon Snelson a Red Bluff cattleman and former Tehama County supervisor died at Mercy Hospital in Redding at 63. He served on the board from 1965 to 1969 and chaired it in 1967. Survived by wife Lucille and three sisters, services set for Thursday at Hoyt-Cole Chapel. Interment Oak Hill Cemetery. Contributions suggested to Shriner's Hospital for Crippled Children.
