Plan Proposed To Stop Welfare Fraud in California
A 127 page report for the California Social Welfare Department proposes photo identity cards for welfare recipients to cash checks and certificates. The task force led by former FBI agent David E. Todd says it would deter forgery and warrants would require match with a control number. Stennis’s Condition Deteriorates After Surgery
