Wilbur Leroy Jack Heffner 71 of Red Bluff died yesterday in Yountville Veterans Home after three years there. A World War II veteran he owned Crystal Tavern and belonged to American Legion Mr. Lassen Post and VFW Red Bluff. He is survived by Ella his widow Harold Edna Dorothy and several nieces and nephews. Services Monday at 2 p.m. Fickert Pascoe Mortuary followed by Oak Hill Cemetery burial.
