Red Bluff Round-Up Parade to Open With Grand Marshal Rob Flournoy
Rob Flournoy, Modoc County cattle rancher and California Cattlemen's Association president, will be Grand Marshal of the 18th Annual Red Bluff Round-Up Parade at 10 a.m. Saturday. The parade will feature eight bands, floats, clowns, mounted and walking groups, with Assemblywoman Pauline Davis expected to join. The two day event continues at Tehama County Fairground with top cowboys competing for trophies and prizes.
