Old Time Riders Named Grand Marshals for Red Bluff Parade
The 17th annual Red Bluff Round-Up Parade will feature 10 old-time rodeo contestants and supporters as marshals. H. Richard Maguire of the Red Bluff-Tehama County Chamber of Commerce said about 200 entries are expected in the downtown Red Bluff procession on April 15 to kick off the semi centennial two day Round-Up. Marshals include Bob Barmby of Lockeford and Red Bluff figures G. R. Milford Paul Morse and J. N. Froome Sr. Also marching are veteran riders Hippy Burmister Perry Ivory Don Tate Ray Kane John Gerig and Cecil Jones from several California cities. The marshals will ride in a hay wagon provided by Lake California.
