Jerry Holler will perform near the judges stand at Peter Lassen Square starting 10 15 a.m. Registrations remain at Thompsons Mens Wear with a limited 8 45 to 9 30 a.m. window. Contestants report to City Park at 9 30 for numbers and assembly, under Red Bluff Teen Council supervision.
