Rain Blamed for Two Tehama County Crashes
Heavy rains on Friday caused two separate crashes in Tehama County. Felipe Urrutia 49 and Pearl B. Smith 43 of Los Molinos were treated at St. Elizabeth Community Hospital after their vehicle overturned on I 5 near Jellys Ferry Road. Elaine Louise Prather 24 of Weed escaped injuries when her car left the road at the SR 36 and I 5 offramp.
