Aunt Mattie Morris Dies at County Farm at 78

Aunt Mattie Morris, last known member of a once prominent Denton county family, died at the county farm Sunday aged about 78. Physicians blamed grief over her confinement for hastening her end, though old age was the likely cause. She had lived with several Denton families and was sent to the county farm eight months ago, growing weaker. Interment occurred Monday.
