In the Lawrence textile strike case, John Breen testifies Atteaux asked for dynamite and offered 2500. Breen, later convicted of placing dynamite, was fined 500. Wm Wood and Freder ick Atteaux face charges of planting dynamite with trial under way in Bost.
In Dallas on May 21 Luther Murff, awaiting a second trial on assault charges involving a 12 year old girl, found a dictaphone installed in his office by the County Attorney for a second day.
Through a local paper letter Harry Raymond a poor carpenter learned he was left a $40 000 estate by his grandmother Mrs Rangland of Lexington Ky. Raymond was recently assaulted and shot and wounded in a domestic affair dispute.
