A sprawling promotional bulletin touts a 15 day sale with “world’s greatest bargain givers” Fleig Sale System. It promises thousands of bargains, stock of new merchandise at near cost, and invites customers from up to 100 miles to crowd a large store for cash conversions and price cuts.
