Brussels April 23 The suffrage strike will end tomorrow as the government accepts a compromise proposed by Liberal leader Masson The strike which cost millions and drove away customers shows unity and organization, with Socialists satisfied at the outcome and government yielding from its hard line.
Montenegrin forces seize Scutari after a six month stage of fighting against Turkish fortress resistance. The victory comes after intense clash and 24 hours of renewed engagement, marking a pivotal turn in the campaign.
