Moye Re jailed on Navy AWOL charge after bond
Forest Dallas Moye 22 of Ghent was back in jail Tuesday on an AWOL from the Navy charge. He had been released from Raleigh County Jail on a $5,000 property bond for his next criminal court term and had been in jail since April for the April 10 slaying of Thomas Pace 63 of Fireco.
