Perdue Charged With Eighty Seven Dollar Theft
Ells Perdue of Winding Gulf was jailed in Mercer county on a grand larceny charge. A warrant by Squire D J Carr accuses Perdue of stealing 87 dollars from J A Steel at the Commercial hotel in Bluefield. The money was to be the property of H H Wimmer. Conservator Walter C Huff of Winding Gulf made the arrest.
