Night Rider Dean gets life for Poole murder
Detroit Dayto n Dean pleaded guilty as the trigger man in the Black Legion killing of Charles Poole last May 12 and was sentenced by Circuit Judge Joseph A Moynihan to life in a southern Michigan prison. The judge said mandatory life sentences would be handed down tomorrow for seven first degree murder defendants with four more to hear their fate on Saturday.
