Charleston Oct 7 Deputy securities commissioner H K Bradford says indictments will be sought in two to four counties against Terrill Bond and Mortgage Co of Chicago its president Fred V Persor and 12 salesmen. He alleges the firm sold about 300000 in worthless securities in West Virginia mainly to Catholic priests with loans to bishops and church properties. Indictments are expected from Mason and Fayette counties with other probes in Harrison and Lewis counties underway.
