Fayetteville report says a second person is charged with murder in the death of Belpre, Ohio woman Mrs. Freda Bullard after an illegal abortion. Robert Massie, 45, Charleston, was arrested by city police at the Oak Hill Detachment request, accused of arranging the abortion and bring‑ ing Mrs. Bullard to Lookout home of Mrs. Grace Morris where the operation occurred in May 1960. Morris already free on bond tied to another abortion charge and was re‑arrested on murder. The investigation traced the case after Bullard’s parents read of Morris’ arrest in October linked to Judith Turley operation. Morris waived to the grand jury and faces potential further action. Massie to be questioned in Fayetteville today.
