Judge Knapp to join Lynch Mann Law Firm in Beckley
Judge Norman Knapp, Raleigh County Circuit Court since 1958, will join Lynch and Mann in Beckley on January 1, forming Lynch, Mann and Knapp. He was defeated in the Democratic primary by Berkley Lilly. Knapp, a West Virginia pioneer on the bench, has a long record including Army service, Supreme Court jury instructions work, and prior role as assistant prosecuting attorney. He is a 1930 graduate of Morris Harvey College and WVU Law, married to Frances Robertson, with four children.
