Jury Indicts 3 Kidnappers for Murder
Eight indictments charging kidnapping and murder were returned by a Cabell county grand jury against Arnett Booth Orvil Adkins and John Travis in the abduction of Dr. James I. Sedar on November 1. They will be brought from Kanawha county jail for arraignment and trial set for November 29. Sedar, a retired minister and former head of the state anti saloon league, died four days after being found near an abandoned mine where he was held for a $50 000 ransom.

Murder Victim's Body Found in Utah Ranch Case
