Rural column mixes poetry, humor and notes from Sylvia P T A
The column blends musings on travel and fate with hospital superstition and a tale of dropped typewriters. It reports a Sylvia school Mountain Music Festival planned for Tuesday at the Memorial building with prizes, speakers, and contestants from multiple towns. It notes seven CCC camp materials arriving for a New River camp and mentions local events and figures.
