Jarrell Services Set For Friday
Funeral services for Robert Lee Jarrell 48 Dry Creek will be held Friday at 2 p m at Dry Creek Presbyterian Church with Rev. Tommy Bradford and Rev Harvey Bales officiating. He died at his home Wednesday at 3 3 0 p m after brief illness. He was a lifelong Dry Creek resident and is survived by his wife Parthenia a daughter Violet one grandchild Bobby Roger Jarrell a sister Etla Daniels and a brother Tom Jarrell. Burial will be in Pettry Cemetery Dry Creek.

New York song leader Jimmie Davis joins evangelist Fred Wyand for nightly services at Sylvester First Methodist Church. Davis directs the song service and the team visit Pettus Elementary and Sherman High School with assemblies for grades. A 7 p.m. program for children and youth runs each day this week, with Whitesville Junior High School scheduled and Rev. Ralph Hedrick leading local services.
