Pair Sentenced In Raleigh County for Break In
Two Calloway Heights youths Paul Davis and Frederick George Thornton pleaded guilty to a breaking and entering charge in Raleigh County criminal court and were sentenced to one to ten years in the state peniten tiary at Moundsville. Boyd Armstrong of Grandview had a separate plea of guilty to unlawful wounding and received a one to five year term suspended on probation for five years along with a six month additional jail term for carrying a pistol without a permit.
