Snow storm hits the Dakotas and Montana

An unoccupied automobile rolled backward toward the Memorial building on Kanawha street this morning. Frank Keaton chased the car while Officer Otis Lyone pursued from a nearby fire station entrance. Keaton stopped the vehicle on McCreery street within a few feet of the building.
