Huntington East High School sophomore PB Lex Rutledge is among six Civil Air Patrol cadets from Ohio Pennsylvania Hawaii Colorado and Tennessee to receive a one month all expense tour of the Netherlands. The group departs Washington DC July 15 aboard a US Air Force plane. Rutledge, a CAP major, has three years in the program and serves as Huntington cadet commander. His mother is a CAP commander of girls and a second lieutenant.
