Kesler Named West Virginia Guard NCO Association President
Ray Kesler of Fairmont was elected president of the new West Virginia Army and Air National Guard Non Commissioned Officers Association at its first meeting in Charleston. About 70 attended. Charles Cadle is vice president, Raymond Atkins secretary, and James Guthrie treasurer. The group plans a trophy for the outstanding marksman at the Youth Leaders camp at Camp Dawson this summer.
