The Rev Wayne Rolling officiates as Perry Bailey 84 longtime Wyoming merchant dies at his Oceana home after illness. Born May 20 1868 he founded business in Craney 1899 moved to Oceana 1908 and continued until recently. Survived by wife two sons Onnie and Nash Bailey two daughters Minnie Hawkins and Mara Chambers a sister Latra Spangler nine grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
