Third Trial Set for Louise Boone After Mercer Jury is Deadlocked
In Princeton Mercer County Court a third trial is ordered for Louise Boone after jurors deadlocked on the murder charge. Boone allegedly stabbed her husband Clarence Boone in the yard of their Bluefield home on July 11. The judge instructed the jury to ignore the indictment and pursue the charge of murder.

PRINCETON Delbert Lee Spicer of Glenwood Park was killed instantly when his car side swiped a truck on Route 10 near Shawnee Lake Wednesday night. Three passengers Emory Sparks Everett Repass and Archie Repass of McComas suffered facial and head injuries. State police will not file charges. Mercer County already has four traffic fatalities this year, more than the same period in 1948.
