Seven Army officers and several civilians were arrested in Seoul for allegedly planning a coup against President Park Chung Hee. America's next moon shot targets a soft landing of a Project Surveyor spacecraft this fall from Cape Kennedy. The first Surveyor, an engineering test model weighing 2250 pounds, will launch in late September on an Atlas Centaur rocket pending July booster test success.
