Beckley Art Group Plans 16th Spring Exhibit at Elks Club
Beckley Art Group has finalized plans for its 16th annual Spring Art Exhibit. The show runs Friday and Saturday in the Beckley Elks Club ballroom with viewing from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. each day, featuring works by local artists. The group held a recent business meeting at Mrs. Eugene F. Eagler’s home, where speaker Katherine Spencer presented color slides of European paintings. Mrs. James Wheeler, group president, introduced the speaker. An Awards Dinner is set for 6:30 p.m. Thursday at the Elks Club.
