PINEVILLE RNS A Pineville man, Indicted for a felony, was sentenced from one to ten years in prison by the Wyoming County Circuit Court Bentley. Hiley ML Thompson, charged with the May 1 1867 breaking and entering of a Pineville service station, ordered confined to the county jail until transfer to the West Virginia Penitentiary, Mowilsville. Found guilty previously by a jury, Thompson sought a new trial, but Judge Robert L Worrell overruled.
