In Pineville Wyoming County Hal Yeager 38 Hamlin was charged with manslaughter in the death of four year old Edwin Gene Toler. The child was struck by a vehicle driven by Yeager last month, according to Sheriff Bert Short. The boy’s parents are George Jr. and Toler Blankenship Toler.

The By-Law committee presented the revised copy to 19 members at the Whitesville Fire House on Monday night. Members will study and discuss for two weeks then vote on final adoption.
