Court approves three notaries in Raleigh County

Fairdale Gets New Precinct

State Man Killed in Wreck Near Morgantown

Morgantown area authorities reported the wreckage today of a car that left West Virginia Route 73 just south of Morgantown and plunged down a 100 yard embankment. The body of Byron Milton Hyde, 32, of Fairmont was found inside. Sheriff Charles Whiston's office said the driver apparently fell asleep while traveling from Fairmont to Morgantown last night.
