Lilly resigned last week, Melton cited business obligations. Replacement appointments are expected soon for Lilly and Melton’s seat remains with the county bar association and the sheriff’s oversight. The court also moved deputy offices, set tax equalization hearings for February, and hired Annie M. Clay as part time jail kitchen assistant.
