Two 16 year olds were jailed Wednesday by city police and sheriff deputies. A Mabscott youth was jailed at 6 05 p m on a shoplifting charge and released to his mother via Probation Officer Elinor Hurt. A Fairdale youth was jailed at 1 05 p m on a runaway warrant. Mrs Claude Stone fainted at Kroger 301 Valley Drive North and received first aid from Beckley fire department rescue squad, then went home by private car. City police cited Michael Alvin Marion 18 at noon for pulling into oncoming traffic.
