A five member committee is formed to push a by pass route for Mullens business district with aim to add parking for about 1000 vehicles. The Mullens Chamber of Commerce proposes higher dues of 25 and 12 50 for different members to fund full time staff and services. Trio Arrested In Wyoming For Armed Robbery
Wyoming County deputies cracked a two-robber crime spree with the arrest of three men and a 16-year-old youth. How ard Brown 23 and Ira Brooks 29 were captured after Brooks signed a confession admitting participation. Ray Workman 22 is believed stationed in South Carolina with the Marines, while a Baltimore arrest of the Brown brother awaits extradition. Deputy Oswald Cook led the investigation and Sheriff Goode credited him for solving the Oct. 1 robberies.

Hutchinson Rites Scheduled At Scarbro Church
Funeral services for Mrs. Nora Lee Rider Hutchinson, 72, will be held Sunday at the Scarbro Methodist Church with Rev Albert Noe officiating. Burial will be in Peters Cemetery, Dothan. She died Thursday morning after a week of illness from a heart condition, survived by husband Wayne, two brothers, a sister, and other relatives. The body will be moved to the Scarbro home Saturday afternoon and later to the church one hour before services.
