Only 4,872.36 has been contributed toward the Raleigh County Tuberculosis and Health Association’s 1930 Christmas Seal Sale. Executive secretary Mrs. A J Ginkel said 3 350 residents replied to the plea for at least 10 000 in purchases while 2 000 letters were returned due to moves or unclaimed mail. Posters and stickers were distributed and 27 000 Christmas Seal buttons sent to schools with 100 coin boxes countywide. The association urges continued contributions to reach the 10 000 minimum.
