Funeral services set for Friday at Phillip Cove Freewill Baptist Church Tomahawk Ky for Dewey Causey 27 who collapsed at work in the Kopperston operation of Eastern Gas and Fuel Associates after reporting chest pains. Survived by wife Rozhima McFadden Causey three children and parents Felix and Sinta Cody Causey of Viper Ky plus four brothers and three sisters. Body to be moved from Evans Funeral Home Oceana to Claude McFadden home Tomahawk Ky Thursday afternoon.

Mullens Council Faces Big Headache Sewer Overhaul
Mullens city officials discussed unfinished 1951 projects at the first 1952 meeting. The main issue is enlarging the sewage system, delayed by an engineer’s unavailability and Kanawha County project delays.
