Youth Charged With Taking Blemish Cream

An 18 year old Johnstown resident John Smithson was booked in Raleigh County Jail on a shoplifting charge for allegedly stealing an 88 cent bottle of blemish cream from Kroger on Valley Drive. He posted a 81 dollar bond to be released. Walter Stanley of Colcord and Everett Lilly of North Heber were also involved in separate arrests.
