Psychiatric test ordered for man charged in bomb threat

Eddie Gray Trial Date Confirmed

The trial of Eddie Woodrow Gray of Beckley for rape and an attempt to kill is set for February 28, contingent on defense witnesses returning to court. Irving to give handwriting samples in Hughes case

CLARKSBURG UP I reports Roy Stephen Weese twenty from Lost Creek died on arrival after a blasting cap exploded at a surface mine site in Sycamore. He was unwrapping caps from a truck when the incident occurred. In McDowell County a fire near Clarksburg killed three elderly residents Alden and Pauline Tanna and their son.
