High School Rifle Star Kills Three in School Rampage
Anthony Barbaro, a 17 or 18 year old Olean senior, fired from a third floor classroom for 90 minutes killing a gas company worker a janitor and a bystander driving by the school. Eight firefighters were injured by flying glass and ricocheted bullets. Police subdued Barbaro with a teargas grenade and he was jailed after hospital treatment. The motive was not announced.
